The hotel had friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location near the metro and famous flea market. The breakfast was also excellent.

Enjoyable meals at the on-site buffet restaurant and great coffee at the lobby bar. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff, despite occasional language barriers. Impressive views from higher floors.

The hotel offered a comfortable room with a neat bathroom. The location was perfect, with easy access to multiple metro stops and a great souvenir market nearby. The staff, although not all friendly, were helpful and some were very friendly.

There were several negative aspects of my stay at this hotel. the check-in process was incredibly frustrating, with long queues and unsmiling receptionists.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and spoke English fluently. They even offered us an early check-in with free registration. We loved staying here because of its location around 2 minutes walk from the metro station that gave us the ease of transferring to any part of the city.
